RAVEN LAKE LODGE And SOWDEN LAKE RESORT Are Located Less Than 35 Miles Apart In ONTARIO'S SUNSET COUNTRY, SELWYN LAKE IS JUST A LITTLE EAST OF RAVEN & SOWDEN!
Raven Lake is less than 1/2 mile off of Hwy 17 with blacktop road right to our door. We are the only ones on the lake and have the only access to Raven Lake.
We Offer Fly-in type fishing at drive-to resorts! Sowden Lake is located 28 miles off of Highway 17 and is eighteen miles long and two miles wide in places. We have the only resort on the Lake and are situated on a half mile of beautiful sand beach.
Selwyn Lake is 21 miles off of highway 17 and is also part of the English River System with the river flowing through Selwyn Lake and for another 20 miles to the north. There are no other resorts on the lake and the fishing is excellent!
The Lakes all offer excellent Northern, Walleye and small mouth bass fishing.
Raven Lake Lodge, Sowden Lake Resort & Selwyn Lake Outfitters, offer excellent hunting opportunities. Our location allows you to walk out of your cabin, get in your truck or on your 4-wheeler and start hunting. You will need to call for a Firearms Declaration Form in order to get your gun across the border. Call 800-731-4000. You are allowed to bring a hunting rifle or shotgun and up to 200 rounds of ammunition across with you.

Sowden Lake is part of the famous English River water system which allows for 25 to 30 miles of navigable fish filled water directly from our resort. You can also access the Megicon River for even more Walleye, Northern and Smallmouth Bass fishing. Each cabin has their own pier for docking your own boat (no extra charge) or one of our rentals.
Raven Lake offers excellent Walleye, Northern and Smallmouth Bass fishing all season long, even in mid-summer when most lakes have slowed down. Leave your boat tied to our pier with power to charge your batteries.
