Blue Fox Camp and Blue Fox Outpost are fishing, hunting, and outdoor adventure lodges that provide a true wilderness experience in the Blue Lake System, an area we consider one of the jewels of Canada’s north country. Blue Fox Camp and Blue Fox Outpost are located on Kirkpatrick (Blue) Lake, approximately 50 kilometers northeast of Blind River in the Algoma Highlands. The Blue Lake System consists of 6 feeder lakes which discharge into Blue Lake, all of which contain naturally reproducing Lake Trout, Rainbow Trout and Brook Trout. This diversity of naturally reproducing trout is found in less than 1% of the lakes in Canada, which has led to the entire Blue Lake System being designated as a fish sanctuary within the Little White River Provincial Park. In addition to the natural trout stock, approximately 50 back lakes accessible from camp are included as part of a regular “world class” brook trout stocking program where +7 pound brookies are not uncommon.

In addition to fantastic trout fishing, Blue Fox has something for everyone to make for an unforgettable wilderness vacation.  Canoeing, swimming, hiking, sports, steam sauna, trips to the waterfall, shore lunches on the back lakes and relaxing in our wilderness library are just a few of the activities that are available.
