Abenaki Outfitters guides trips throughout Wobanakik, "The Land of The Dawn" in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. We also guide in the Adirondacks of New York.
Most of our trips this year are located near our home base, in the Champlain Valley of New York and Vermont.
This includes the central Adirondacks and the west central region of Vermont.
We specialize in guiding small groups or individuals. In this way, we can maintain a high quality outdoor experience.
In the spring we guide fishing trips.
In the summer we guide:
Canoe camping trips in Maine and the Adirondacks of New York.
Kayak trips in the Champlain Valley and Sea Kayaking on Lake Champlain and Lake George.
Wildlife watching trips, paddling down the Poultney River, Dead Creek and Otter Creek.
Backpacking trips in the Adirondacks, and Hiking trips around the Champlain Valley of New York and Vermont.
In the fall we guide a few deer and moose hunters, in the Adirondacks, Maine and Vermont.
In the Winter we will be out snowshoeing and ice fishing.
This year we will be offering Canoe Camping, and Backpacking trips in the Adirondacks of New York State.
Some half-day kayak trips on Lake Champlain, Lake George and Lake St.Catherine.
Trips on the Poultney River, Dead Creek and Otter Creek to watch Birds and other wildlife.
This year we are guiding many camping trips in the Adirondacks.
Therefor we recommend that you book your trip well in advance.
