Big Bear Camp is located on beautiful Horwood Lake, the absolute perfect destination for anglers and hunters alike! Found in the heart of the boreal forest, there are trees as far as the eye can see and trails that go on for miles. Our neck of the woods is home to many animals, of which black bears, wolves and moose are but a few. Horwood Lake is a fisherman’s paradise offering rocky bottoms, sandy shorelines and lush weed beds that are home to walleye, northern pike, perch, and whitefish. Big Bear Camp has something for just about everyone, with varying sizes of housekeeping cabins, a marina, a campground, boat and motor rentals, live bait, gas and propane. So come down and experience our little piece of heaven.
