Our Stella Maris Resort Club is off the beaten path. On a tranquil island, where nature abounds, where the ocean and beaches are at their best, with an unhurried pace of life and with islanders, much known for their old-fashioned hospitality and friendliness.
We are an intimate out island style resort, offering a wide range of tropical accommodations, from panoramic ocean view rooms to appealing four bedroom water front villas. Food is great, as is casual evening fun. Many activities are free of charge. We can even fly you here from your international Bahamas airport hub.

Stella Maris Resort offers excellent bonefishing, unlimited reef fishing and exciting game fishing year round. Bonefishing: right at lee-side Adderley’s & Glinton’s Bays (minutes from the resort club), in the protected Columbus passage (north end/8 miles), and many other locations down south. Bottom and Reef Fishing: simply anywhere – lee-side and Atlantic side, from shore and by boat. Deep Sea Fishing: the Island’s east Atlantic shore is being washed by the North Equatorial Current, which transports huge schools of Blue & White Marlin, Sailfish, Wahoo, Rainbow Runners, Yellow & Black Fin Tuna, and Mahi-Mahi…to name a few!
Deep Sea Fishing, Reef Fishing and Bonefishing excursions at Stella Maris Resort may be added to any of our nightly or package rates.
