Pelican Point Sanctuary is an 87 acre property, located just a few minutes drive from St Helens.  We offer a range of accommodation, form quaint self -contained Cottages to 5 star Californian Villas.

Lay back and relax on your own private deck while taking in the gorgeous sunrise or sunset.

We are committed to ensuring that your stay is one with a difference.  Pelican Point Sanctuary has all the facilities to enable holiday makers to stay that extra day or two.

Our resident Belted Galloway cattle are one of the world’s oldest established breeds.

Surrounded by water on three sides, Pelican Point Sanctuary is truly a waterway wonderland.  You only need to decide between the Georges River, Granny’s Gut Creek, or Georges Bay and beyond. Our designated walks around the property take in all three shorelines.  Each walk is as diverse as the 48 species of birds that make Pelican Point their home.

Go fly fishing in our private lake for a Rainbow Trout, or have a try and catching one of the sea running brown trout in the Georges River, which borders the property.  Fish from the kayaks in Granny’s Gut and try your luck at catching a bream.  We have free fishing rods available, or bring your own. There is even room for you to bring your boat if you wish. No boat! We can advise you on how to organise a fishing charter, to go out to the shelf for some deep sea fishing, or perhaps you would prefer to catch some Whiting in the Bay.
