he Necessity is a 62′ charter boat custom built in 1999 by Resmondo Boatworks in Perdido Beach, AL with serious fishing, comfort, and safety in mind. The boat was built under close supervision of the USCG, and the boat and crew are inspected annually for certifications on all lifesaving and safety procedures. We maintain state of the art amenities with constant upgrades to our navigation equipment, fishing electronics, and high quality tackle.
The Necessity has every amenity you could ask for on a charter boat of this size. Our cabin has closed-loop air conditioning, direct TV, and a stereo with Sirius XM radio. Our kitchen offers a full-sized fridge, microwave, Big Green Egg grill, and our own water and ice makers. The boat can sleep 6 passengers and features 3 separate heads with showers. We have two generators for at-sea electrical power, twin 800 hp Caterpillar diesels, and a range of 600 miles for your most extreme fishing adventures.
