With nearly 700 square kilometers of surface, the Cabonga reservoir offers one of the best fishing for walleye and lake trout in Quebec.
At Bark Lake Lodge, these fish catch themselves within a few minutes of the outfitting boat. If you are more adventurous, the reservoir is full of bays and isolated points where you will be able to tease your favorite fish in complete tranquility while discovering a lush nature.
With a succes rate of 100% in 2016, come and meet this great game on the territory of the La Verendrye Wildlife Reserve. A controlled territory undergoing bear hunting pressure almost equal to zero and where the black bear abound.
During your stay, you will have the services of a guide that will position you strategically at one of our baited sites the bears visit daily.
Our positions carriages located on baited suit your needs, whether you are a bow hunter, crossbow or rifle hunter.
If you like fishing, you will be able to enjoy, as the bear hunting is mostly conducted in the late afternoon, the latter mostly moving in the late afternoon when the brightness decreases. So you can, if desired, add a component fishing in the morning and spend part of the afternoon hunting.
