Welcome to Pakuni Lodge. Situated on beautiful Pakwash Lake. Come enjoy great hunting and fishing, a friendly staff, and beautiful relaxing scenery.
Keith and Debbie Fretz are long- time residents of the Red Lake area. They have been involved in the tourism industry for the last 20 years. Both Keith and Debbie are teachers when they are not at the lodge. Keith teaches at the Red Lake high school and Debbie is an instructor of swimming, fitness and squash at the local recreation center. You will very likely encounter their extended family helping out at the lodge throughout the season. Both Keith and Debbie are active in hunting and fishing. They enjoy roughing it on canoe trips on the many river systems in the area as well as in our own Woodland Caribou Provincial Park. They are committed to seeing that their guests have a great time and enjoy their wilderness back yard while leaving as small a carbon foot print as possible.
