Pete has been a fixture in Montauk for over 30 years. Gaining respect from the fishing community by performing his function as first mate for some of Montauk's most demanding Captains. Fishing the sholes and off shore as well Pete as aquired the skills that have landed some of Montauk's top tournament winners.
The past 12 years Pete has Co Captained the My Mate for Joe McBride and has perfected the art of customer service as well become a valued and respected menber of the Montauk charter boat fleet. Now as owner he will take the My Mate Charters into a new era of sport fishing.
My Mate:
This powerfull gem is a completely refurbished and repowered 41” Hatteras and is one of the fastest charterboats in the Montauk fleet. Powered by TWIN CUMMINS DIESEL ENGINES producing 660 hp for safty and performance. Fully Coast Guard registered and safty inspected. Outfitted with state-of-the-art eletronics and top of the line gear for any fishing situation. Comfortable stae room, clean bathroom and two bunk rooms for your comfort. Large rear Hatteras deck with 3 fighting chairs for your comfort.
