Woods-N-Water Guide Service was established in 1996.  Your licensed New Hampshire fishing guide, Shawn Marzerka, is the owner/operator.  Shawn grew up in the Lakes Region, New Hampshire and has fished the area for over 25 years.  

He started fishing at the ripe age of 5.  Being from an outdoor family, most of his time was spent fishing the rivers and lakes in the area.  At 12 years old he was tying his own flies.  This was the beginning of what has turned into a labor of love. 

Now in his 10th year, Shawn has guided over one thousand fisherman from all parts of the United States and some from other countries.  He spends over 100 days on the water each year.  When he's not guiding, Shawn is learning new techniques and keeping up with the latest tackle and gear.

Shawn was a guest on the hit series Beat Charlie Moore on ESPN seen by close to 80 million viewers.  He will also be featured in the Fall of 2006 on the Charlie Moore Outdoors program shown on NESN, the New England Sports Network.  Shawn and Charlie will be fishing on Lake Winnipesaukee for large and small mouth bass, but who knows what kind of trouble they'll manage to 'fish up' while they are out there!  Click here to see photos of Shawn and Charlie on a recent fishing excursion!
