The picturesque Tall Pine Lake, centrally located on the grounds, is a great attraction for our guests, and the social center of the resort. Many lasting friendships among families began at our lake. Here you'll experience some of the best trout fishing in northern New Mexico. The lake is stocked weekly. The lake is within walking distance of all cabins, and is open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM. A lake permit, purchased at our office, is required to fish the lake. Please feed the ducks.
Fishing the Red River throughout our property is reserved for resort guests. Bring your waders and fly rods, and don't forget to purchase a New Mexico fishing license before you begin. Don't know how to fish for trout? Need fly fishing instruction? Want some pointers on the best holes or bait? Our experienced staff is always ready to help should you ask.
