represents over 60 boats in Kona’s world famous big game fishing fleet. We operate, and are located above the weigh scales at The Fuel Dock in Honokohau Marina. This gives us the advantage of being on the top of the daily catch and knowing which boats caught them. This everyday working relationship with the fishing fleet allows us to give you unbiased guidance in choosing the right boat and crew for your trip.

Experience a day in Kona's gentle trade winds and calm blue waters that offer some of the best conditions for world class fishing, from small fish ideal for light tackle, to big game trophy fish up to and over 1,000 pounds. The year round fishing here in Kona fits everyone's schedule. No matter what time of year you are here, one or more gamefish are always in season.
You can catch Pacific blue marlin all year round which range from under 100 pounds to over 1000 pounds! Different fishing styles are employed in the search for this elusive fish including live bait and lures. Striped marlin and Pacific shortnose spearfish are plentiful mostly during the winter.
Ahi (yellow-fin tuna) is in peak season during the summer, though present from May through November. Smaller ‘ahi, skipjack and mackerel tuna can be targeted action for those who prefer quantity, or families with small children as anglers.
Our most popular eating fish is the dolphin fish, which we call mahi mahi, found mostly from November through April. The other smaller gamefish present mostly during the summer is the wahoo we call ono.
