Captain Joe, Joseph Fragomeni, has been fishing recreational for his entire life. In 2000 he decided to turn his hobby into a career. That year he was certified by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation as a licensed fishing guide and hunting guide #5143. He also has a United States Coast Guard Charter Boat Captain's license, known as a 6-pack. Captain Joe has been fishing the famous Salmon River in Pulaski NY for 22 years, has been taught by the best and has been sharing this knowledge with others for over 10 years as salmon river fishing guide in Pulaski, NY. In the summer he can be found on the long island sound and block island sound catching Striped Bass, Tuna and teaching hundreds of people, from the most experienced anglers to beginners how to "put fish in the box". As patient as he is experienced, his passion for the sport comes through and his main goal is for the customer is to have a good time.
