Copper Don’s Guide Service was created out of an ever growing passion for the hunt. There are few things more thrilling than stalking the elusive wild trout along our mountain streams or persuading thunderous gobbles out of a wild turkey. Delivering that experience to others and inspiring that passion is what Copper Don’s is all about.
Experience our beautiful natural landscape through Fly Fishing some of the most historically significant trout streams in the country. Wade through the same riffles and pools that fly fishing pioneers used to hone their craft and develop concepts that Anglers worldwide use to this day.
Right in our backyard flows the famed Schoharie Creek, which offers a myriad of fishing opportunities from; the annually stocked brown trout, Native Brook Trout, and even Smallmouth Bass. The Esopus Creek runs just a few miles to the south and provides more opportunities at hooking into some wild fish. A bit longer of a scenic country drive will get you into Blue Ribbon waters including the Beaverkill, Willowemoc, and the Upper Delaware System.
