Our goal at Strawberry Creek Outfitters is to provide a Quality Colorado Elk Hunting experience for every budget.
Whether you are looking for a Drop Camp, a One on One Guide Service, or something in between you have come to the right Outfitter. Our hunts take place on Federal Lands in Colorado's Game Management Unit 28 just south of the Rocky Mountain National Park and Lake Granby and north of Winter Park Ski Resort operating under Forest Service Permit #SUL469. This is part of the Arapaho National Forest. The area that our permit covers is much like a wilderness area in that motorized vehicles are not allowed, so we pack you and your gear in on horseback. For those that may not feel comfortable riding a horse we have a cabin with electricity and bathroom with hot water and shower. We offer Elk, Mule Deer, Moose, & Bear hunts.
