We have been leasing & subleasing hunting properties in southern Iowa for a while now, but we are putting that on the back burner to begin offering high-quality outfitted (guided & non-guided) Iowa whitetail hunts. We feel that Iowa has better whitetail hunting opportunities due to the non-resident tag restrictions that Illinois does not mirror. Due to the low hunting pressure, we can offer some truly amazing hunts here. Also, since we haven't outfitted on a full-time basis, you won't see many trophy pictures on this site. Don't let that fool you about our operation & our hunts. You'll be in some of the best whitetail genetics in the country when you come to southeastern Iowa with us.

NOTE: Iowa is a draw state for non-residents. If you are from out-of-state, you need to apply for the draw via the Iowa DNR between May 7th, 2016 & June 5th, 2016 to hunt with us during the 2016 Iowa deer season. You have better than a 50% chance to draw any of our gun tags without a preference point. You need at least two preference points to draw for an archery tag. Our hunters are responsible for all of the proper licensing & tag requirements.
