Here at Hill Top Hunting we pride ourselves in providing the most exciting wild bird experience in South Dakota pheasant country. The land you will be hunting has been family owned and operated since the early 1900s. My father and I are carrying on the family tradition of ranching and farming on the original home site. The pheasant paradise has been designed for your hunting pleasure. For four generations, hunting was only available to friends and relatives. We are a family ranch that happens to have an abundance of wild pheasants; we are not a game farm. We invite you to our farm in central SD for one of the best hunting experiences you will ever encounter, as well as a fantastic get away from the stress of your lives.

     Our ranch is located in the heart of South Dakota , three miles south of Blunt which is 20 minutes east of Pierre , the capital city of South Dakota on Highway 14. One of the factors that needs to be considered in any hunt you take is the quality of the guide service you will receive. JD has literally grown up hunting pheasant and big bucks in South Dakota . This land has been in our family for almost 100 years and no one knows it better.
