Steve Wilson started in the dove hunting business in 1979 on a 3000 acre ranch in the heart of south Texas. The dove hunting was so good that word spread very quickly and here we are nearly 40 years later. Steve Wilson Hunting Service has evolved into a very efficient business with over 100 different properties available for you to hunt depending on where the best doves are at. There are dove scouts that go out everyday of the season, and find the dove fields with the most doves in them. We take pride in being able to give you an up to date scouting report before you come. We can comfortably accommodate individual day hunters, group hunts, and corporate events. No group is too large or small.
