If you are looking for a BIG GAME ADVENTURE in the mountains of Eastern Nevada, hunt with TIMBERLINE OUTFITTERS GUIDE SERVICE. Natives of White Pine County, Nevada, we’re experienced, diligent, ambitious and have hunted these mountains all our lives. We customize our services to meet your needs and expectations, to ensure you enjoy your hunting experience.

Our mule deer here in Nevada are on the rebound. Tags are fairly difficult to draw, but chances to harvest a trophy buck are there. The average buck harvested is 25 to 27 inches wide and gross around 170 inches. Many of the mule deer units we hunt are fairly rugged, with peaks rising above 10,000 feet. Arriving is good physical shape can really help your chances of making it to where the big ones live.

For mule deer, Nevada also offers a Non-Resident Outfitter draw, specificly designed for the non-resident that wishes to hunt with an outfitter. This draw takes place in February, so get ahold of us in January if you are interested in this hunt.

An elk hunt is one of the best Nevada has to offer. Our success rate speaks for itself, to date we are 218-231 on our rifle, muzzleloader and archery bull hunts. In the last four years we have had over a 360 inch gross average on bulls we have harvested. Landowner tags are sometimes available, prices vary from year to year.

Elk hunts are conducted using four-wheel drive vehicles, horses and a lot of hiking. We hunt using spot and stalk tactics. Elk hunting can be arduous, but exhilarating. You can make your hunt much more enjoyable if you arrive in good physical condition ready to hunt.

We are guiding Rocky Mountain and Desert Sheep hunts in many units, from the 12,000' peaks of the Snake Range to the Desert Mountain ranges of southern Nevada. The type of hunt varies greatly from horseback/backpack hunts to wall tents and camp trailers. Rest assured, if you book a sheep hunt with us many days will go into scouting before you arrive to make sure we're in the sheep during your hunt. There will also be two guides for every sheep hunter to help locate them while hunting.
