Tågaborg Adventure

The Tågaborg Adventure can offer summer and winter fishing in both lakes and running waters. Our experienced fishing guide has fished in different countries and tried various fishing methods. The facility lies on the shore with a view over the village. Located in a beautiful, peaceful, natural setting, 24-hour fishing is possible, as are many other activities for the whole family.

Season

We are open year-round, except when the waters are freezing or thawing. The best fishing for grayling, pike an brown trout in running waters is prior to midsummer and in the autumn. Char, brown trout and perch are winter fish.

Other activities

We can also offer riding lessons, pony riding, shooting rapids, beaver and moose safari, canoe route, hiking trails, fishing school and hiking among the Ice Age erratic boulders. There are dogs, chickens, horses and cats on the farm. Pets are welcome.

Additional information

The closest bank is in Sveg.
Families with children are welcome.
We are not allergene-free.

Service

There is a 4.5 metre wooden boat in the lake fitted with an electric motor, and 4.4 metre aluminium boats in other lakes with optional motor. There is a boat trailer to bring boats to other lakes, and a fishing guide can be booked on request. An 8-person inflatable dinghy is available, as are aluminium canoes.

Fishing equipment

Fly-fishing in running water before midsummer using Europa 12 and the Hede fly. In the lakes use large green flies and for pike a large green wobbler. You can fish from an anchored or drifting boat, trolling or fly-fishing from a boat. Fishing from the Örastupet cliffs is an experience – large pike and perch by spinning gear. Ice-fishing is the winter method.
