Symbol Safaris was established by Will van Niekerk . After graduating in field experience with numerous top outfitters, the decision was made to create a facility offering a unique hunting experience.  We truely believe in exclusivity rather than commercialism, thus we only admit one hunting party at a time, making sure  we give you the personal attention you deserve. We cater to everyone's needs, whether it's out in the veld, or around the camp fire, or even just chatting at the bar.

Accomodation
At Wycombevale, the home of Symbol Safaris, we combine luxury, comfort and superb hospitality.

Wycombevale is a mere 40 minute drive from the friendly city of Port Elizabeth in the heart of the beautiful Eastern Cape of South Africa. This base camp consists of a main lodge and thatched chalets with en-suit bathrooms. These are all equipped with modern amenities to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Hunting

Your hunt is exclusive and tailor-made to your personal requirements. Unless otherwise requested, you will hunt in the malaria free game rich area of the Eastern Cape in South Africa.

Hunting Season

We hunt throughout the year but the recommended period is from the beginning of March to the end of October as this is the coolest months of the year with the best weather.
