As the only camp on beautiful Blue Cypress Lake, only Middleton's Fish Camp and Jeanne Middleton can show you the Real Florida in this part of the state. Featuring full bait & tackle , boat ramp, primitive camping, free showers, lodging, fishing guides, boat rentals, pontoon boat eco-tours and photography tours.
Florida's best kept secret is located 22 miles west of Vero Beach and 6 miles east of Yeehaw Junction off Route 60, the Real Florida at Blue Cypress Lake teems with fish such as Large Mouth Bass, Speckled Perch (Crappie), Bluegills, Shellcrackers and some of the best tasting catfish anywhere.
Ospreys abound, and are especially prevalent around nesting time. You can also see owls, hawks, ducks, herons, cranes and more!
You can rent a boat (boat & motors or pontoon boats) and take your own tour, or you can hire one of our guides to take you.
Middleton's Fish Camp is a full service Bait & Tackle Shop with gas and oil for boaters, plus ice, sodas and snacks are available. We also have fresh Blue Cypress Catfish, whole or fillets, as supplies allow.
We have a nice boat ramp, and water levels are adequate, most of the time.
We also have cabins and trailers. Some of our units are adjacent to docks at the back doors. Just imagine this view at your back door!
