Steelhead Outfitters is the premier jet boat spey rod guide service on the Deschutes River. We hold a current Special Recreation Permit from the BLM to guide out of a power boat on the Wild and Scenic lower 24 miles of the Deschutes River. Our specialty is Spey Rods, Jet Boats and Steelhead! Our operation includes single day guided trips as well as multi day guided trips. We start fly fishing with spey rods for summer steelhead in early July after our trout season. Trips originate at Heritage Landing at the mouth of the Deschutes. We navigate the river in a custom built 21' Willie Predator Jet Boat. You will find us experienced, knowledgeable and professional; we look forward to guiding you soon!
