This property is bordered by old corn fields, pine tree plantings as well as wild grassy areas that are mowed periodically which gives wildlife food and cover year round.
The oak hickory forest offers prime feeding for wild turkey, wood ducks, ruffed grouse, whitetail deer, red and grey fox and raccoon. Canada goose visit the one acre lake which is surrounded by the forest

This lake had been a favorite haunt for local fishermen and women back in the late 70’s. Along the banks and on the peninsula there are shallow areas & deep water where you can catch the abundant population of large and small mouth bass as well as bluegill. The back side of the lake receives a perfect balance of light and shade where the more elusive fish are often caught.

This private 80 acre setting is guaranteed to bring you a successful and challenging experience. The property has had minimal hunting and fishing exposure in the past and will afford even the most clever hunter, sportsmen and women, an exciting hunt whether you're after that huge whitetail deer, wild turkey, squirrel or rabbit. Even beaver have been seen on the property in the past should you wish to trap.
