Welcome to Lac Seul’s Golden Eagle Resort
Hello from Clint Perkins and Marie Yanchak. We are the new owners of Lac Seul’s Golden Eagle Resort, as of September 2014. We are looking forward to a Great 2015 Season, meeting past and future guests! Together we both have 28 years of experience in the tourism industry and are looking forward to upcoming renovations planned for our resort.
We are a drive-to camp located in Northwest Ontario on beautiful Lac Seul, offering fully modernized housekeeping cabins that are located on the waterfront. All you need to bring is your own towels and food, although there are two grocery stores within two kilometers and a liquor store as well. Our fishing packages are geared to your individual needs. We can accommodate groups up to 28, families or couples. We have a Family Fishing Package for July and August. We offer boat launching and docking facilities. There is a fish cleaning house at dockside with running water. We have live bait, fishing tackle and bagged ice for sale on site. Fish wrapping and freezer service is included. All cabins have wifi and cell coverage.

A fishing trip on Lac Seul is an incredible experience!
Northern Pike: An Ontario fishing trip to Lac Seul in the Ear Falls area means northern pike can be found just about everywhere and trophy northern pike are fairly common.
Walleye: Lac Seul is one of Ontario’s most productive walleye lakes, it can consistently produce limits of walleye whatever the season or day may bring, & there is always a possibility of a trophy walleye.
Smallmouth Bass: Smallmouth bass fishing on Lac Seul is becoming a great location for fisherman to have a great Canadian fishing experience.
Muskie: A Canadian muskie fishing trip to Lac Seul is a must. Spend your vacation musky fishing if you like or take part in the plentiful walleye & northern pike fishing available as well.
Conservation Fishing: With the use of conservation fishing we have developed a wonderful resource on Lac Seul in Northwestern Ontario, please help us manage it by learning the Canadian laws on fishing & hunting, but also don’t forget to have fun in the great outdoors.
Hunting at Lac Seul’s Golden Eagle Resort
GROUSE
Our area sports three species of grouse; Ruffed, Spruce, and Sharptail. Northwestern Ontario is one of the best locations for hunting ruffed grouse, spruce hen, or sharptail. The Lac Seul area is ideal for grouse habitat, mixed deciduous/coniferous forests with a history of logging to provide these birds with plenty of land and shelter to expand their population. DUCK
Lac Seul boasts excellent duck hunting, with several species flourishing in the area as they make their migration. Ample wild rice bays provide the ideal location for finding your quarry. Our fall hunting packages offer great value for your dollar.
MOOSE
If you are looking for accomodations for Ontario moose hunting, we are located in the Ear Falls area of Northwestern Ontario on Lac Seul.
