I grew up on the Naknek River and have spent my entire life fishing, hunting, trapping and guiding in Bristol Bay area and all across Alaska. I grew up in the guiding profession working alongside my dad, Joe Klutsch where I continue to work to this day. I live in King Slamon year round with my wife Crystale and our two Malamutes, where I guide fishing trips in the summer months and hunting trips in the spring and fall.
Upon Turning 18 qualified for my Assistant Guide License and by 2007 I had earned my Registered Guide License (RG 1277). I am also fully licensed with the US Coast Guard, having a 25 Gross Ton OUPV. Throughout the years I have been privileged enough to guide for many species alongside some of the finest guides in the profession all across Alaska, including the Brooks Range, Kodiak Island, and of course the Alaska Peninsula which I call home.
After spending my entire life in the area as a full time guiding professional, I guarantee that I am the most qualified person to show you the area and make your fishing and wildlife viewing experience the best that it can be!
