At Hodag Guide Service, your fishing experience will be a memorable one! Musky, walleye, smallmouth and largemouth bass are the prefered species, but other fishing opportunities are provided as well, such as northern pike and panfish.
Over 40 different lakes and rivers in Oneida, Lincoln, Vilas, and Price counties (Pike Lake Chain in Price County) to choose from. From small 150 – acre lakes to Pelican and Lake Tomahawk. There is a variety of lakes to choose from to accommodate any fishing conditions.
Hodag Guide Service has been featured on Midwest Waters and Wood Television Show in September of 2002 and also featured on Fishing the Midwest with Bob Jensen in January of 2006. We can arrange your trip to accommodate any schedule including split days.
Night fishing for musky is also available upon request for those of you who want a real THRILL!!
Teaching the kids to fish is the future of our sport and kids 10 and up, accompanied by a parent or guardian, are always welcome in my boat.
Fantastic Wingshooting for Grouse and Woodcock
For those of you who are like me and really like to fish and hunt and just do not know which to do in the fall. After a average 14′ Season 15′ has proved to be a bit better and I expect 16′ to be even better! I offer Hunting trips or combination trips involving 1/2 day of hunting in the morning and a 1/2 day of fishing in the afternoon. Or it could be your choice to make a weekend out of it and hunt one day and fish the next. I can offer packages to suite everyone.
