Tired of the ratrace & the noisy city? Oppiekoppie is the place to be! Oppiekoppie Bass Farm is situated 17km to the West of Brits in North West. There are nine dams of which six are currently fished. The dams were custom built with the neccesary structure for bass. Apart from bass the dams are well stocked with carp, tilapia (kurper/bream), catfish, trout and some yellows for the fly fishermen. We strictly follow a catch & release policy.
Accommodation comprizes of a fully equipped self catering 8 sleeper log cabin with a fireplace/braai on the patio. A living area at ground level and two seperate bedrooms above. The beds are fully made and the bathrooms include towels. (T&C’s apply). Other activities on the farm include bird watching – domestic as well as wild aquatic bird life.
