Open seasons per the CT DEP are as follows along with what we feel are the (best months to fish) for the species: BLUEFISH Year Round (July-Nov) STRIPED BASS Year Round (April-May + Oct-Nov) FLUKE Year Round (May-Sept) PORGY / SCUP May 24-Oct 30 (July-Sept) BLACKFISH / TAUTOG Jan 1-April 30 and June 15-Nov 23 (April and Oct-Nov)
