Captain Dean Chiles is a fully licensed U.S. Coast Guard Captain and holds an (OUPV) License #192904 and is approved for fishing charters for hire. He is a Galveston fishing guide running boat charters in the Galveston Bay System since 2003. He and his guide staff are Life-Time Members of CCA-Texas. Captain Dean grew up in South Texas close to Corpus Christi. He has always enjoyed fishing as his past-time and it was natural for him to start Hook’em Guide Service after college when he moved to the Houston area and share his fishing knowledge & skills with his customers. Over the years, Captain Dean has placed in many CCA Fishing Tournaments up and down the Texas Riviera. Dean graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX in ’91 and holds a BBA in Business Administration. Tight Lines!
