With over 19 years fishing Lake Cumberland, Captain Dan knows the striped bass migration patterns better than anyone. Dan knows every hot spot throughout the lake, every month of the year. Going fishing is all about catching fish, so don’t risk your time and money on a guide that doesn’t know what their doing. Not to mention, Dan is a licensed and insured guide with a safety first mentality. Captain Dan will supply you with top of the line fishing gear to ensure you don’t lose the big ones! With that being said, what are you waiting for!
Fishing typically starts around 5:30-6:00AM. Dan supplies life vest and fishing gear. The trip last around 4 hours or more. Bring a small cooler with drinks and snacks. Each person is allowed 2 striped bass at a 24″ limit. The primary focus is Striped Bass although we do catch Largemouth bass, Smallmouth bass, Catfish, Walleye, and Crappie. Depending on the time of year, and how the fish are feeding, the fishing method varies. Dan with clean the fish for you at the end of your trip! Don’t forget to take a picture for Captain Dan’s Instagram!
