Hello, and thank you for stopping in. In 2001, I loaded up my truck and drove from Texas to Alaska to be a guide for the summer. Little did I know I would meet my wife my first day in Alaska! She was also in Alaska from Idaho to work for the summer. 
 

After 2 years of summer work in Alaska, I decided to stop guiding in Port O'Connor, TX, and I sold my boat to live full time in Alaska. Before starting my business, I decided to serve a short stint in the US Army. After getting out of the Army, I started my business in Seward.


The great outdoors and fishing has been a part of my life ever since I can remember. I got my first boat when I was 14 and never looked back. Whether we are jigging for halibut, ling cod or mooching for salmon, I will share all my secrets with you. My goal is for you to enjoy this fabulous part of God's creation. We will definitely catch more fish than you can imagine, but we only keep what you want to eat. As a licensed fisherman, you may keep your limits of fish, but I will also encourage all my clients to not let their eyes be bigger than their freezers.

I currently hold a 100 Ton Masters License from the US Coast Guard. I also hold commercial certifications such as AB Unlimited, Basic Fire and Safety, PSC (proficiency in survival craft), TWIC, and STCW endorsement. I have been serving on the board of the Alaska Charter Association for 2 years. I graduated Baylor University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree.
