The Hook Up Guide Service offers visitors an opportunity to fly fish throughout Southeast Alaska for trout, salmon and steelhead.

Fishing starts in April for Steelhead in many streams a short flight from Ketchikan.
Fly fishing from May through October can be excellent a short drive from downtown and is very decent for rainbow and cutthroat trout throughout.
In the beginning of July an early run of Coho Salmon go up some of the rivers in Southeast Alaska and are accessable in the estuaries near town.
Large Dolly Varden follow the salmon into the river systems, feeding on the eggs and are fishable in late August and September.
A late run of Coho begins in September and goes through October when the Steelhead start showing again.
Fly fishing for trout requires basic casting ability and for beginners our guides are experienced teachers.
We provide our anglers with quality gear from Sage, TFO, Rio, Scientific Anglers and Simms.
