Shelterbelt Shooting Preserve is situated on 760 acres of ideal bird habitat with a mixed terrain of rolling fields, croplands, high grasses, with rows of shelterbelt trees and shrubs bordering the fields. Hunters have the best of opportunities to search out a growing population of ring-necked pheasants, sharptail and sage grouse, chukar and hungarian partridge enhanced with a release of beautiful and high-flying birds on the morning of your scheduled hunt.
