Chris Troskie developed his passion for wildlife and hunting during his growing-up years in the Eastern Cape of South Africa . Every visit to their family farm was an adventure to him (and still is) and he spent much of his time chasing small game with his air rifle or .22. His passion became his career 18 years ago when he started guiding International Hunters to Africa's Big Game. "Doing things right the first time, every time", is Chris' philosophy and the driving force behind everything CT Safaris offers. Chris is as passionate about hunting and conservation as what he is about the people he hosts on safari.
As partner in life and in business, Sabina is the "second half" of Chris Troskie Safaris. Sabina grew up as the daughter of an avid hunter in Germany and fell in love with Africa during her first visit to the continent in 1986. "An excellent chef and even better hostess" - is an apt description of Sabina. Her culinary skills will leave your mouth watering - long after your visit and you will have many a fond memory of the conversations around the campfire. Over and above English; Sabina is also fluent in the languages of Spanish and German - which adds to our versatility in hosting clients from around the World.
